I am really happy to talk about the Berry Tree because it has been one of the best purchases we have made, both as a product in its own right and as one means to fulfil our quest for 'self sufficiency' online. You might remember a few years ago the famous book The Okinawa diet - a huge international best seller? Turns out the folks in Okinawa are some of the most long lived and healthy on the planet.
